摘要
介绍斜拉桥组合索塔中钢锚箱的连接情况,结合具体工程,建立组合索塔锚固区三维实体有限元模型,计算了不同钢锚箱连接情况下的剪力钉受力,通过对剪力钉剪力分布规律的比较,得到钢锚箱节段间全部连接而且最底部钢锚箱和混凝土上的钢垫板紧密结合,是剪力钉受力最合理的一种结构形式。
In this paper, the different types of connections for steel anchor box in composite pylon of cable-stayed bridges are introduced. With reference to the specific bridge construction, a three-dimensional solid finite element model is built for the anchorage zone in the composite pylon and the mechanic behavior of shear studs under the condition of the different connections is calculated. Through comparison of the shear force distribution laws of the shear studs, it is concluded that the complete connection among all segments of the steel anchor box and the tight connection between the lowest part of the anchor box and the steel padding plate on concrete is the most reasonable structural type for mechanical behavior of the shear studs.
