摘要
目的:观察解毒化瘀中药外敷治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤的临床疗效。方法:对128例行放射治疗后出现急性Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度皮肤损伤的患者采用自拟解毒化瘀中药方(大黄、黄连、黄芩、黄柏、芙蓉叶、泽兰叶、紫草、虎杖等药物)外敷治疗,2周为1疗程。结果:临床痊愈21例,显效44例,有效51例,无效12例,总有效率为90.63%。结论:解毒化瘀中药外用治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤疗效满意。
Objective: To observe the effect of external application of herbal medicine on acute radioactive skin injury. Methods: One hundred and twenty-eight patients, which suffered acute skin injury at degree ofⅡ°andⅢ°aiter radiotherapy, received external application of toxicity - removing and stasis - resolving herbal medicine (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Scutellariae, Cortex Phellodendri, Folium Hibisci Mutabilis, Herba Lycopi, Radix Amebiae seu Lithosper-roi, and Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati). Two weeks constituted one treatment course. Results: After treatment, 21 patients were cured, 44 markedly effective, 51 effective and 12 ineffective, the total effective rate being 90. 63%. Conclusion: External application of herbal medicine exerts a good effect on acute radioactive skin injury.
