煤矸石作充填骨料的似膏体料浆流动性能试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 以山东新汶矿业集团孙村煤矿的实际情况作为研究背景,为保证地表及矿山主要井巷的安全,最大限度地回收留设的保安煤柱的技术问题,解决煤矸石排放问题和建成清洁绿色矿山,进行了煤矸石作为充填骨料的似膏体料浆流变特性试验研究。试验结果表明,制备出的煤矸石似膏体合乎设计要求,并能实现膏体完全自流充填。采用煤矸石充似膏体自流充填工艺既然经济又环保,为孙村煤矿实现绿色生产和可持续发展提供了技术支持。 Based on the actual situation of Suncun Mine of Shandong Xinwen Mining Group, in order to ensure safety of surface and workings of the main mines, to recover safety pillars set at a maximum, to solve discharge problem of gangne and to establish a clean and green mine, an experimental research on flow performance of paste-like slurry with gangne as filling aggregate was carried out. The test results showed the prepared paste-like gangue met the design requirements, realized gravity stowing of paste body. The gravity stowing process with paste-like slurry with gangne as filling aggregate is economical and is friendly to environment and provides technical support for Suncun Mine to realize green production and sustainable development.
