摘要
为探讨1,6二磷酸果糖(FDP)对大鼠阿霉素心肌病的防治作用及其机理,采用Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为阿霉素(ADR)组、ADR+FDP组及对照组。实验6周后进行心肌的光、电镜病理形态学观察。结果:光、电镜下心肌病理损害程度,ADR+FDP组较ADR组轻;心肌组织的病理等级,ADR+FDP组明显低于ADR组;心肌细胞线粒体形态计量分析,ADR+FDP组线粒体嵴膜的比膜面较ADR组有明显增高趋势。提示,FDP对大鼠阿霉素心肌病具有防治作用。
The present study was undertaken to examine the protective effects of fructose 1,6 diphosphate (FDP) on cardiomyopathy induced by adriamycin (ADR) in rats and its mechanisms. Wistar rats ( n =30) were randomly divided into ADR, ADR+FDP and control groups. Myocardial histopathological observation was performed after 6 week experiment. The results showed that the myo cardial lesions of rats were less pronounced in ADR+FDP group than in ADR group. And the grade of histological changes of rats was much lower in former than in latter. Furthermore, we found that the specific membrane area of mitochondria cristae of rats had a trend of enlargement in ADR+FDP group as compared with ADR group. The results of this study suggest that FDP has a preventive effect on cardiomyopathy induced by ADR, which is probably associated with improving energy metabolism of myo cardial mitochondria.
