炎性因子IL-1、IL-6、IL-10与卵巢过度刺激综合征大鼠的关系 被引量:2

Correlation of Interleukin-1,Interleukin-6 and Interleukin-10 levels to ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome of rat model

摘要 目的:检测卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)大鼠体内IL-1、IL-6、IL-10的变化,探讨OHSS的发病机制。方法:将Wistar雌性清洁大鼠随机分成生理盐水组和OHSS组。卵巢过度刺激组皮下注射孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)10IU,每日1次,连续4天,第5天皮下注射100IU人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)一次建立OHSS模型;对照组皮下注射生理盐水每天1次,连续5天。HCG注射后48h,取大鼠血、卵巢测IL-1、IL-6、IL-10(酶联免疫法)。结果:OHSS组血和卵巢IL-1均高于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05);两组血IL-6、IL-10含量极低,无法测出。OHSS组卵巢IL-10含量显著降低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大鼠OHSS全身症状可能与主要由IL-1介导的炎症相关,而IL-6和IL-10参与卵巢局部炎症。 Objective:To investigate the correlation of IL-1 ,IL-6 and IL-10 levels to ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome of rat model. Methods:Immature female Wistar rats were divided into control group, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) group. For OHSS group,pregnancy mare serum gonadotropin (PMSG) and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) were given to induce OHSS. Forty-eight hours after administration of HCG, the rats were killed and then their ovary, blood samples were obtained for evaluation of interleukins-l,6, 10 (ELISA). Results:In OHSS group, both serum and ovarian concentrations of IL-1 were statistically significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). The ovarian concentrations of IL-10 in OHSS group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:These findings suggested that inflammation involving IL-1 in OHSS rats should play an important role in systemic symptoms. IL-6 and IL-10 could contribute to local inflammation of ovary.
