摘要
三氯化铝与黄酮类化合物作用后,生成黄酮的络合物为黄色,以芦丁为标准品,使用分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量,用50%乙醇分别对榅桲籽和香梨籽中黄酮类成分进行分离及测定实验,实验结果表明,榅桲籽与香梨籽中的总黄酮含量分别为4.96%,1.38%。
The aluminium complex compound of aluminium trichlorid and flavonoid is yellow. In this paper, we determined the content of the total flovonoid by using spectrophotometer. 50% ethanol was used to separate flavonoid in the corn of Cydonia oblonga Mill and Pear. The Experiment shows that the total flavonoid in the corn of Cydonia oblonga Mill and Pear are 4. 3% and 1.3%.
