摘要
随着农村市场化的推进和沼气池建造技术的提高,广东梅州农村自发出现了"一户建池,多户使用,统一收费,统一管理"的沼气商品化发展新模式。对典型案例的财务分析表明,建池户2至3年即可收回成本,收益期至少为17年;通过类比得出的生态环境效益为每年885.2元。与典型"猪—沼—果"模式相比,最主要的差别在于两点:一是规模远远大于后者,二是实现了沼气商品化。沼气商品化发展新模式降低了市场风险,提高了沼气池的使用效能,增加了经济、环境及社会效益,把建池户从繁重的工作中解放出来,提高了他们的生活质量。随着我国市场经济体系的进一步完善,农村沼气必然要向市场化、集约化方向发展。发展的途径主要有两条:一是扩大规模,二是改进技术。大型猪场施行沼气并网发电是未来的发展方向。
A new commercialization mode of ＂One family builds pool, many family use, charging and managing together＂ has come into being in Meizhou, Guangdong countryside recently, as rural marketization moves forward and technology improves. Financial analysis to the typical case indicates that the investor can regain the cost within 2 to 3 year, and the profits period is at least 17 years. The environmental benefit is 885.2￥per year. Comparing with typical ＂pig-biogas-fruit＂ pattern, the main differences lie in： the scale of the first is greatly higher than the latter and the commercialization of biogas has realized. The new pattern reduces market risk, improves the efficiency of biogas pond, and promotes economic, environmental and social benefits, free peasants from strenuous work. With the market economy going further, rural biogas is designed to be marketoriented and comprehensive. There are 2 ways to develop： one is to expand the scale, the other is to improve the technique. The large-scale pig farm with power generation netting will be the tide.
