摘要
简述了当前图书馆用户满意度调查现状,指出用户满意度的调查不在于新方法、新理论的运用,而在于调查关注点的把握:应把用户的需求作为调查关注的焦点,避免隐性调查结果成为调查关注的盲点,要把否定和批评意见作为调查关注的重点。
The paper has briefly introduced the present situation of surveys on library users' satisfaction rate and pointed out that our main concern is not the employment of new theories, but the focuses of surveys when we conduct surveys on library users' satisfaction rate. In other words: we should focus on the needs to avoid the results of recessive surveys when we undertake a survey. We also need to focus on negation and criticism.
