护理院校构建就业指导体系是高等教育体制改革的必然趋势和护理事业发展的内在要求,要按就业指导全程化、全员化的要求,全面建设工作保障体系、职业辅导体系、市场信息体系、管理服务体系、反馈调控体系。
To establish an employment guiding system in nursing colleges is both the necessary trend of high educational system reform and inherent demands of nursing development. Work ensuring system, occupation guidance system, market information system, management service system and feedback regulation system should be established based on the demands for whole range and total staffs employment guidance.
