摘要
面对科学技术迅猛发展和高新技术在军事领域广泛运用的新形势，国务院和中央军委在《关于建立依托普通高等教育培养军队干部制度的决定》中明确提出，到2010年，基本实现军队军地通用性强的专业技术干部主要由普通高校毕业生补充到指挥岗位的目标。因此，认真研究军队教育体制新特点，把握新变化，发挥军校教育和普通高校教育的优势，对于培养高素质军队人才具有极为重要的意义。作者通过对某高校在校50名国防生情况分析，提出当前国防生普遍存在的问题及对策。
Currently, there exists this or that kind of contradictions among the sections and staff of the same section in hospitals. The status as 1 ＋ 1 〈 2 can be found everywhere, which will hamper the hospital development. With an analysis on the causes of the conflicts, the author put forward some effective solutions.
