摘要
飞行模拟机操纵负荷系统是飞行模拟机的重要组成部分,向飞行员提供逼真的力感模拟。以飞机操纵系统为原型给出了飞行模拟机操纵负荷系统的模拟原理,建立了由低摩擦作动筒组成的三通道液压驱动数字式操纵负荷系统,根据数学模型借助快速控制原型技术和Matlab/Simulink可视化编程语言进行实时控制系统的开发,解决了采用C++、VC进行开发周期长、调试困难的缺点,并通过试验验证了PD控制算法的有效性,实现了对飞机操纵系统的性能模拟,具有误差小、跟踪性能好的特点,已应用于飞行模拟机样机系统的研制。
Control loading system is one of the important components for a flight simulator, and it supplies fidelity force-feeling to pilots. According to the flight control system's principle, the simulation means of the flight control system in flight simulator were given, and three channels lower frictional hydraulic driven digital control loading system were developed. Rapid Control Prototyping technology and Matlab/Simulink graphic program language were used to build the real time control system based on the mathematical model in order to solve the shortcoming of long time consuming and debugging difficulty used C++ and VC. Experiments have provided that PD control arithmetic was valid. The characteristic of the control loading system is small error and good tracking performance, and it has been applied to flight simulator prototype system.
