摘要
20只健康家兔随机等分为缺血再灌注对照组和等容血液稀释治疗组,观察血液稀释对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的疗效。结果显示血液稀释组的LVSP、±dp/dtmax、全血GSH-PX的活性明显高于对照组(P<0.05~0.001);其LVEDP、ECG的∑ST段电压和Hct、血浆MDA的含量以及血浆CK、AST、LDH-L、α-HBDH的活性均显著低于对照组(P<0.05~0.001)。提示血液稀释对心肌缺血及再灌注损伤有明显的治疗作用。
In order to observe the curative effect of isovolemic hemodilution on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, 20 rabbits were randomly divided into ischemiareperfusion control group and isovolemic hemodilution therapeutic group (n=10 for each group). Isovolemic hemodilution resorting to 706 plasma substitute was carried on in rabbits of therapeutic group after 20-minute ischemia of myocardium. The results showed that after hemodilution, LVSP, ±dp/dtmax, the activity of GSH-PX in blood of hemodilution group were higher than those of the control group in evidence respectively (p<0. 05 ~ 0. 001);however, LVEDP, ∑ST voltage of Ⅱ-lead ECG, Hct and the amount of MDA as well as the activities of CK, AST, LDH-L and α-HBDH in plasma of hemodilution group were obviously lower than those of the control group (p<0.05~0. 001). So it is concluded that hemodilution has distinct curative effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
