摘要
井架、底座作为石油钻机的主要部件,其结构方案的优劣很大程度上影响和决定着钻机方案的优劣,在超深井钻机设计中,井架、底座技术更是钻机的关键技术之一。通过对9 000 m及以上超深井钻机井架、底座的特点及典型结构进行分析,提出了超深井钻机井架、底座技术方案和设计要点。
For the mast and substructure, as the drilling rig's main components, the structural design project, mostly, of its influence and decide general arrangement of the drill rig. Specially, in the design of the Ultra-deep drill rig, it is much more considered as one of the key techniques. Through analyzing characteristic and typical structure of the mast and substructure, this paper initially put forward a new view on the mast and substructure design project for 9 000 m or deeper well's ultra-deep drill rigs.
