摘要
护理学是一门应用性、实践性很强的学科,毕业实习是培养高级应用技术型人才的重要环节。在护理学本科毕业实习模式的改革实践中,围绕专业培养目标,建立一个有利于培养学生综合素质与能力的毕业实习模式。具体措施包括:重新制订实习计划,增设实习内容;完善实习基地的建设和带教老师培训;加强实习过程的管理和监控;建立临床护理、教学、管理和科研的实习模式和评价体系。通过实践,培养了综合素质高,具有较强的临床护理工作能力,以及教学、管理、科研的基本能力的高级护理人才。
Nursing was a highly technical applicable discipline and clinical praeficum was a key section to cultivate technical talents. Around professional training target, a new model for clinical practicum was carried out to cultivate students with comprehensive competencies. The measures of the model were： revising the clinical practicum plan and adding contents; perfecting the practical base construction and clinical teachers＇ training; strengthening practicum management and supervision; establishing clinical nursing, teaching, management and research practical model and evaluation system. By doing so, the students were cultivated to be nursing talents with high comprehensive quality, good clinical nursing ability, and basic teaching, management and research ability.
