2006年多哈亚运会短距离游泳男运动员代谢组学研究 被引量:32

Metabolic Study on Sprint Swimmer Participating in the 15^(th) Doha Asian Games

摘要 目的:对即将参加2006年多哈亚运会短距离游泳比赛的部分男运动员的尿液样本进行分析,提取运动员"内稳态"所隐含的竞技水平信息。方法:比赛开始前一个月内,在不干扰运动员训练及没有饮食和药物控制的条件下,隔周分3次收集运动员晨尿。采用基于核磁共振(NMR)的代谢组学方法,结合适当的数学模型进行信息提取和预测。结果:根据主成分分析模型,成功地提取出了与运动员竞技水平相关的信息,同时发现决赛运动员的竞技内稳态品质明显高于非决赛运动员。通过对尿液中化学组分的进一步分析发现:决赛运动员们尿液中甲基尼克酰胺的相对含量明显高于非决赛运动员(P<0.01);而糖蛋白和氨基酸的相对含量则明显低于非决赛运动员(P<0.01),如天东氨酸、亮氨酸、组氨酸、苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸等。结论:运动员尿液中包含了与运动员竞技水平相关的信息,短距离游泳运动员具备共同的生理特征,并发现竞技内稳态品质、高效的能量供应机制和保持正氮平衡的能力可能是游泳运动员取得优异成绩的关键因素。 This paper makes analysis on urine sample of sprint swimmer participating in the 15th Doha Asian Games. The swimmer' s urine was collected in the morning at alternative week under the condition of no diet and medicine control one month before competition. Based on NMR and combining suitable mathematical model, the information for prediction is drawn. The result shows that the information concerning sport performance was successfully extracted. It concludes that the swimmer 's urine contains the information of sport performance and the elite swimmer can be distinguished by this information; a more efficient energy-producing mechanism and better nitrogen retention may be the key factor for a swimming athlete to get excellent performance in competition.
