摘要
目的观察胃管固定方法改进的效果。方法对120例留置胃管患者,分别采用常规法和改进法,对2种胃管固定方法进行分析比较。结果改进留置胃管固定方法,发生重新固定,胶布过敏和脱落重插的概率明显降低。2组固定方法有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论改进固定留置胃管方法比常规方法优越。
Objective To observe the effect of modified gastric tube fixation. Methods 120 cases were divided into two groups. One group received modified gastric tube fixation and the other one received conventional gastric tube fixation, then analyzed and compared the data. Results There were significant differences in the occurring rate of gastric tube shedding out of the stomach and gastric tube refixation and tapes allergy between two groups. Conclusions Modified gastric tube fixation is much better than conventional gastric tube fixation.
