Complications after Intracavitary Laser Irradiation of Great Saphenous Veins Varicose:Prevention and Treatment

摘要 目的探讨大隐静脉曲张腔内激光治疗后的并发症及其防治。方法对我院近3年来采用激光治疗的下肢静脉曲张316例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果316例患者术后发生皮下淤血114例次;大隐静脉主干及小腿局部条索状硬结、红肿及严重疼痛17例次;隐神经损伤导致皮肤感觉异常89例次;皮肤灼伤29例次;溃疡合并感染1例,下肢深静脉血栓形成1例;经相应治疗后均痊愈。结论大隐静脉曲张腔内激光治疗创伤较小、安全,但可发生并发症,应认真对待和处理。 Objective To investigate the complications of great saphenous vein varicose after intracavitary laser irradiation. Methods Totally 316 cases of great saphenous veins varicose were analyzed,who received the treatment of intracavitary laser irradiation for three years in our hospital. Results The complications were as follows:the subcutaneous bleeding was in 114 case-times,the severe pain and the local funicular callous nodes along the stem of great saphenous vein in 17 case-times, the saphenous nerves damage in 89 case-times,the skin ambustion in 29 case-times ,the ulcer accompanying infection in one case and the pelvic limb deep-vein thrombogenesis in one case. Conclusion The superior advantage of intracavitary laser irradiation is the minor trauma and higher safety, though there are some complications which must be treated.
