罕见的肝血管周上皮样细胞瘤 被引量：5

摘要 病人，女，67岁。病人以“右肝囊肿术后7个月，右上腹闷痛3个月”入院，术前查HBsAg阴性，AFP正常，CT示右肝一巨大囊实性病灶，考虑恶性肿瘤可能，术前诊断：右肝占位（囊腺癌可能），未见有肝内外转移灶，于2006年1月9日行右半肝切除术。
