摘要
用传统的固相合成法合成了红色长余辉材料Ca0.80Zn0.20TiO3∶Pr,在其表面包裹一层氧化锆膜,通过对激发、发射光谱、SEM、EDS、热释光(TL)、余辉曲线的分析,对包膜前后的样品进行比较,从而得出在样品表面包裹一层氧化锆后,改善了材料表面的晶体结构,使热释发光峰的宽度变宽,从而显著提高了其发光亮度和余辉时间。
The long lasting phosphorescence materials Ca0.80Zn0.20TiO3∶Pr: Pr were synthesized by conventional solid reaction route. The coated and uncoated samples were characterized by SEM/EDAX,PL, thermoluminescence spectra (TL), as well as luminescence decay. By coating a ZrO2 fdm on the surface of the materials, the results show that surface objection of it was reduced, the intensity of luminescence spectra became strong, the TL spectra became broad and the peak of it moved to the higher temperature, these mean the coated Ca0.80Zn0.20TiO3∶Pr :Pr has better performance than the uncoated.
