摘要
目的建立复方益肝灵片中水飞蓟宾的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法，ODS C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），以甲醇-水-冰醋酸（48：52：1）为流动相，流速1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长287nm。结果水飞蓟宾在13．75～110．00μg·ml^-1的进样浓度范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998），平均回收率为97．10％（RSD=0．63％，n=6）。结论该方法操作简便、结果可靠，重复性好，可用于复方益肝灵片中水飞蓟宾的分析。
Objective To develop a method for determining the content of Silymarin in Fufang Yiganling tablets. Methods HPLC analysis was carried out at the following conditions： Cromasil C18 column（4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm） , mobile phase： Methanol- Water- Acetic acid（48： 52： 1 ） ,the detection wavelength was at 287 nm the flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min^-1. Results The standard curve was linear over the range of 5.9 - 29.5μg · ml^-1 （ r = 0. 999 8 ） , and the average recovery was 97.10% with RSD of 0. 63% （n = 6 ） ; Conclusion This method is simple, reliable and reproducible, it can be used for the quantitative determination of the content of Silymarin in Fufang Yiganling tablets.
