硅酸盐体系电解液中添加剂对稀土镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜性能的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Additive in Phosphate System Electrolyte on Properties of Mg Alloy Oxidation Film Prepared by Micro-oxidation

摘要 采用正交试验研究了稀土镁合金在硅酸盐复合电解质溶液中微弧氧化的膜层厚度、腐蚀电位和陶瓷膜表面形貌(膜层孔多少及孔径大小)。结果表明,用添加不同添加剂的硅酸盐复合电解质制备的陶瓷膜可得到不同表面形貌的陶瓷层,并对耐蚀性的影响很大。稀土镁合金在硅酸盐复合电解质溶液中制备的陶瓷膜主要由Mg2SiO4、MgO、MgF2和含稀土的非定形相组成。优化的稀土镁合金硅酸盐复合电解液配方为:硅酸钠20g/L、双氧水10g/L、氟化钾15g/L、甘油10g/L。 The oxidation film thickness and corrosion potential and surtace morphologies (hole and aperturp oI the oxidation film) of micro oxidation magnesium alloy containing rare earth in phosphate system electrolyte were investigated by orthogonal experiment. The results show that various surface morphologies of oxidation film are obtained by different additive in the phosphate system electrolyte, which have significant effect on corrosion potential. The phase composition of oxidation film is Mg2SiO4, MgO, MgF2 and some unknowable phase of rare earth. And the optimized composition of the electrolyte .is sodium silicate 20 g/L, hydrogen peroxide solution 10 g/L, potassium fluoride 15 g/L and glycerine 10 g/L.
