摘要
织物外观模拟方法是织物CAD系统开发的一个重要研究内容。为了提高织物真实感图像生成算法的效率,提出了一种新的织物外观仿真的快速算法。通过对织物表面浮长线的光强分布情况进行分析,发现各点的漫反射光强沿着轴向或截面方向均随距离增大而衰减,衰减系数为入射角的余弦,从而建立起相应模型及实现算法。最后通过实验对算法的正确性进行了验证。
The method of fabric appearance simulation is one of important researches during the fabric CAD (Computer Aided Design) system development, In order to improve the efficiency of fabric realistic image forming algorithm, an innovative fast algorithm about fabric appearance simulation was put forward, Through analyzing the light intensity distribution of the float on the fabric surface, a rule was found which is every float diffuse reflection intensity decreasing with the distance along orientation of axes and section increasing, and the attenuation coefficient is the cosines of the angle of incidence. According to the rule, mathematical model and algorithm were established. Validity of the method was proved in the experiment.
