Review:Development of early and immediate loading of dental implants

摘要 牙种植治疗的早期和即刻负载方式能够缩短种植治疗周期,提高患者的接受度。经过近几十年的研究,牙种植体早期和即刻负载的可行性和可预测性基本得到肯定,但是仍存在一定争议。本文将就其定义、骨结合问题做文献综述,并探讨其与传统的负载方式在成功率方面的差异以及研究的方向。
