摘要
研究了分光光度法快速测定复合肥中有效磷含量的方法,对测定过程的波长、酸度、显色剂用量、显色时间、不同提取时间进行了探讨。在酸性溶液中,磷酸根与钒钼酸铵显色剂反应生成稳定的黄色络合物,在400nm波长处进行测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.17%-0.40%,回收率为95.30%-107.94%。
The method is studied of the rapid determination of available phosphate content in compound fertilizers by spectrophotometry, and an inquiry is made into the wave length, acidity, quantit), of developer used, developing time and different extraction time during determination. In the acidic solution, the phosphate radical reacts with the ammonium vanado-molybdate developer to form a stable yellow complex, which is determined at a wavelength of 400 nm, the relative standard deviation of the result of determination is 0.17% -0.40% , and the recovery is 95.30%- 107.94%.
