针对机械零件缺陷的评定问题,利用计算机图像识别技术,对缺陷部位进行数字成像,图像预处理,图像分析和特征提取,在此基础上,对典型缺陷进行了模式识别。应用先进的数字图像处理技术的是实现产品质量监控和故障诊断的有效方法。
