摘要
玉米作为我国主要农作物之一,其收获已经成为制约整个玉米生产机械化的重要环节。就现状而言,我国玉米收获机械存在故障较多、可靠性低和适应性差等问题,严重影响了玉米收获机械化进程。为此,探讨了当前发展玉米收获机械的意义;在对其发展的有利条件及不利因素做出分析后,论述了玉米收获机械的国内外发展现状;针对我国当前的技术开发情况,以北京市农业机械研究所研发的玉米收获机械为例,提出该机型在技术上需要改进的方面和相应的措施,并借鉴国外玉米收获机产业的发展经验,对未来我国玉米收获机的发展前景做出推测。
In recent years the demands of maize which planting area enlarge were greater along with rapidly developing of stock raising as well as exploring application of biomass power. As China's important crop, harvesting maize has become important link chain of restricting maize production mechanization. The problems of malfunction, low reliability and infirm flexibility had a big influence on advancement of maize harvesting mechanization course. The paper discusses the significance of current development of maize harvester and studies development status of domestic and abroad maize harvester after judging the development of advantage and disadvantage factors. Meanwhile the paper investigates the status of current maize harvester technique research in China with the case of maize harvester of Beijing Agricultural Machinery Institute and puts forward ameliorating ideas and measures of maize harvester technique. At the same time with the experiences of oversea maize harvester industry development, the development foreground of maize harvester in future in China is forecasted by the authors.
