摘要
分析了武汉阳逻长江公路大桥主桥模数式大位移伸缩装置单件尺寸大、重量重、运输吊装困难等特点,提出了严格限制吊车和平板车在桥面上的就位位置;在伸缩装置槽口内设置吊车支腿受力点;在主塔下横梁上设临时支撑,以方便吊车脱钩移位后再进行二次吊装就位等解决方案,并取得成功。
With big size and big weight of single pieces, the module Large displacement telescopic device of Wuhan Yangluo Changjiang Highway Bridge needs a large crane and large flatbed truck to transport it to the deck of the bridge for installation. Due to the restrictions of deck width,local force of the bridge, crane boom angle and operating radius, vehicles placing and transport hoisting encounter greater difficulty. After comprehensive analysis, we adopted strict restrictions on the placing position of the cable car and flatbed truck on the bridge, set the cable car outrigger force point in the Passage of the telescopic device, and set temporary support to facilitate the second hoisting placing of the cable car after the severed ties transfered on the beams of the main tower. With these solutions, we succeeded.
