火电厂脱硝液氨贮存设施总布置问题探讨 被引量:2

摘要 火电厂安装脱硝装置,是减少Nox气体排放的有效措施。随着国家对环境保护标准的提高,越来越多的发电机组将陆续加装脱硝装置。液氨是脱硝制剂广泛使用的原料,是一种有毒、易燃的化学危险品,属火灾危险性乙类液体。液氨贮存设施的布置在现行总图运输设计规范中无相关规定。因此,如何制定出适合发电工程特点的液氨贮存设施防火和劳动安全卫生规定,是迫切需要解决的问题。文中根据液氨的化学特性结合石油化工企业设计防火规范和建筑设计防火规范的规定,提出了电厂液氨贮罐设施与其它建筑物的最小间距建议,抛砖引玉。 It is an effective measure to decrease Nox emission by installation denitration Facilities. According to requirement of environment protection standard, more and more denitration facilities will be installed in power plant. Liquid ammonia which is used commonly for denitration is hazardous and inflammable chemicals, and belongs to class B inflammable liquid. There is no any relative regulation in the code of general plan transportation design for fossil power plant up to now. It is an urgent task to complete regulations on fire protection and hygiene. The author raised some figures about fire protection and prevention distance between liquid ammonia storage tank to nearby buildings according to chemical characteristic of liquid ammonia and the fire prevention code for chemical enterprise design and the code of design on building fire protection and prevention.
