摘要
目的了解诺和锐30特充的临床疗效,比较诺和锐30特充和诺和灵30R两者对糖尿病患者的血糖控制情况。方法选择门诊注射诺和灵30R的糖尿病患者25例,在原胰岛素计量、注射次数不变的前提下,等量改为诺和锐30特充治疗,观察其降糖效果。结果注射诺和锐30特充患者中餐前和晚餐前血糖水平低于注射诺和灵30R,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论诺和锐30特充降糖疗效优于诺和灵30R。
Objective To understand the therapeutical effect of novorapid 30 flexpen and compare the novorapid 30 flex-pen and novolin 30R in the effect of controlling blood sugar. Methods 25 cases of diabetics were selected who had been injected novolin 30R as out-patients. All these patients were readministered with novorapid 30 flexpen, with the same dose and injection times. The effect of sugar-depressing was observed. Results Compared with novolin 30R, the injection of no-vorapid 30 flexpen before lunch and supper indicated a low level of blood sugar. The difference was remarkable （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Novorapid 30 flexpen has a better efficacy than novolin 30R.
