摘要
近分相流动态分布参数模型是套管换热器仿真动态的主要模型,但目前求解方法的稳定性与初始压力估计值密切相关,一旦初始压力估计不当,计算就会发散.对于现有算法导致计算不稳定的原因进行了分析,提出了一种改进算法.新算法基于质量引导,在求解相变流体的质量流量分布之前通过质量对压力进行迭代,以确定合适的压力迭代初值,增强了算法的稳定性,扩展了算法的适用范围.新算法的计算速度与现有算法相当.
Quasi-separated dynamic distributed model is a main model to study the transient response of a double-tube heat exchanger. A problem in the reported original algorithm was analyzed. The stability of the original algorithm relies on the first iterative value of pressure to much extent, which adopts the relation between the outlet flow rate and the pressure to determine the pressure. Based on the analysis of the phenomenon that the original algorithm conduces to the instability of calculation, an improved dynamic distributed algorithm was developed. Before solving the flow rate field, the relation between the pressure and mass of phase-change fluid is adopted to determine an appropriate iterative value of pressure, which will improve the algorithm stability and broaden the algorithm applicability. The computing speed of the new algorithm is equivalent to that of the original algorithm.
