表皮生长因子在气道上皮组织修复中作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 已知表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)的基本功能是促进上皮细胞增殖与分化,因此它在气道上皮组织修复中起着不可忽视的作用。多种疾病及创伤或吸入性损伤等都会导致气道上皮组织的破坏,影响肺功能,严重时会导致急性肺损伤(ALI)甚至急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)。因此,上皮组织的修复成为恢复肺功能的主要环节。现就EGF在气道上皮组织修复中的作用进行综述。
