矿化剂及煅烧温度对高温氧化铝性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 通过在煅烧α-Al2O3过程中加入少量不同的矿化剂,分析高温氧化铝中SiO2、Fe2O3、Na2O的含量,结果表明,矿化剂的加入能够降低α-Al2O3的煅烧温度,促进α-Al2O3的晶型转变,降低α-Al2O3中氧化钠的含量;同时随着煅烧温度的升高,除钠效果越好,原晶粒度递增,α-Al2O3的转化率和真比重也随之递增。 In the process of calcinating α -Al2O3, a small quantity of mineralizers of different kinds was fed, and then the contents of SiO2, Fe2O3 and Na2O in the calcined high-temperature alumina were analyzed. The results showed that the feeding of mineralizer lowered the calcination temperature of α -Al2O3, promoted its crystal transformation and reduced its sodium oxide content. At the same time, along with ascending of the calcination temperature, the effect to eliminate sodium became better, the original crystal grain size increased and the output ratio and real specific gravity of α - Al2O3 progressively increased in pace.
