摘要
中等收入阶层消费水平有所提高,尤其在汽车、住房、文化、理财等领域的消费比重不断增长,已呈现科学消费的趋势。引导其进行科学消费有利于改善阶层构成、优化消费结构、提高社会活力与发展经济生活。促进中等收入阶层进行科学消费,可以从改进消费方式,完善消费环境,启动消费信贷,调整消费政策等方面着手。
The consumption levels of Middle- income class have increased, especially in the automobile, housing, cultural growth and management of financial affairs, which tends to a scientific consumption. Promoting scientific consumption is beneficial to improve the structure of the class, the structure of consumption, the social energy and the economic life style. The scientific consumption of Middle - income class can be facilitated in such aspects as： improving the consumption patterns, creating a good environment for consumption, starting a consumer credit, adjusting housing and automobile consumption policy.
