摘要
比较了跌打丸外敷配合频谱仪与抗炎止痛药治疗棘上韧带损伤的临床效果.将48例棘上韧带损伤患者随机分为两组,一组采用跌打丸外敷配合频谱仪治疗(n=28),另一组口服抗炎止痛药物治疗.结果显示跌打丸外敷配合频谱仪治疗组总有效率为96.4%%,优良率为85.7%,且没有明显副作用;而抗炎止痛组总有效率为45%,优良率仅为20%(P<0.01),表明跌打丸外敷配合频谱仪治疗棘上韧带损伤明显优于抗炎止痛药物.
To compare the clinical effect of treating ligament supraspinale injuries by using Dieda pills combined with frequency spectrograph versus anti-inflammatory acesodyne. 48 cases were randomly divided into two groups, one group was treated with Dieda pills for external application combined with frequency spectrograph exposure （n = 28）, another group was treated with anti-inflammatory acesodyne. The total effective ratio in the first group was 96.4 %, the excellent curative effect ratio was 85.7 % and didn＇ t have obvious side effect; while in the second group, the total effective ratio was only 45%, the excellent curative effect ratio was 20% （P〈 0.01 ）. The resules showed the effect of Dieda pills combined with frequency spectrograph can obviously outweighs the anti-inflammatory acesodyne in the treatment of ligament supraspinale injuries.
