摘要
目的:研究祛毒胶囊对狼疮样小鼠的治疗作用,并探讨其免疫作用机理。方法:小鼠腹腔注射LPS2.5mg/kg诱导狼疮样小鼠模型,灌胃给予祛毒胶囊水溶液,连续治疗15日后,摘眼球取血,用ELISA法检测血清中TNF-α和IL-10水平,HE染色观察小鼠肝肾病理损伤情况。结果:祛毒胶囊不仅能降低狼疮样小鼠血清中TNF-α和IL-10的水平,并且能改善狼疮样小鼠肝肾病理损伤。结论:祛毒胶囊对狼疮样小鼠有一定的治疗作用。
Objective ：This paper is to investigate the effect of QuDu Capsule on IL - 10and TNF -ctsecretion and the possible mechanism of QuDu Capsule in treating systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）. Methods ：Ip. LPS 2.5 mg/kg induce lupoid model mice. Administration QuDu Capsule by garage to mice. 15 days after,IL - 10 and TNF - α in the serum were detected by ELISA ,pathologic change in the SLE mice were observed by HE. Results ：In the treated groups, as compared with the model group,levels of IL - 10 and TNF - αtwere significantly lower （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Pathologic results showed that liver and kidney appearanced inflammation in model mice, inflammation relieved in the treated groups. Conclusion ： This study showed firm evidence that QuDu Capsule can really treat SLE.
