摘要
以中间相炭微球(MCMB)为原料,在100MPa的压力下冷模压成型后,再经过热处理得到高密高强炭/石墨材料。考察了不同热处理温度对制品的力学性能以及微晶结构的影响。实验结果表明,MCMB制品具有较高的机械强度;制品的石墨化程度随热处理温度的提高而迅速提高,热处理温度超过2400℃后,制品已经呈现出石墨化特征,经过2800℃处理后,制品的石墨化度达到了78%。
The carbon/graphite molding blocks with high density and strength were prepared from mesocarbon microbeads (MCMB) molded at 100 MPa and then heat-treated. The influence of heat treatment temperature on mechanical properties and crystalline structures of the obtained specimens was studied. Experimental results showed that the specimens from MCMB exhibited high mechanieal strength. And according to crystalline structure analysis, the degree of graphite of specimens from MCMB increased with the increase of heat treatment temperature, when the specimens were heat-treated over 2 400 ℃, they display some characteristics of graphite; and when the specimens were heat-treated at 2 800℃, they revealed 78% of the degree of graphite.
