摘要
对防治鱼类细菌性败血症的中草药复方的几种煎药方法进行比较研究,优选水提煎药条件和方法。采用正交试验设计和紫外分光光度计法,以提取物中的没食子酸含量为指标,考察不同煎煮时间、煎煮次数、煎煮方法下的药物含量。结果表明煎煮时间40分钟,煎煮次数3次为最佳。
The prevention and treatment of bacterial sepsis fish compound of Chinese herbal medicine pharmacological methods of several comparative studies, pharmacological conditions and optimization methods. Using orthogonal design and UV spectrophotometer, in order to extract the gallic acid content indicators, inspected different decocting time decocting number of drugs under the method of decocting content. The results showed that decocting time 40 minutes, three times the number decocted.
