摘要
研究了2-(2-噻唑偶氮)-5-磺丙氨基苯酚(TASPAP)与钒(Ⅴ)的显色反应。试剂与钒(Ⅴ)在pH4.2的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中形成稳定的紫红色络合物,λmax=570nm,V(Ⅴ)的质量浓度在0~1.75 mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε570=5.53×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1;铁的干扰可以加EDTA-Zn溶液克服。此方法可以不经分离直接测定钢样和水样中的微量钒,水样的加标回收率为98.0%~103.0%,标准钢样的测定结果与认定值一致。
The chromogenic reaction of 2- (2-thiazolylazo)-5-sulfopropylaminophenol (TASPAP) with vanadium (Ⅴ) in aqueous solution was studied. Ⅴ (Ⅴ) reacts with TASPAP to form a stable purple complex in the HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH 4.2. The maximum absorption peak of this complex lies at 570 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is 5.53×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range 0- 1.75mg of Ⅴ (Ⅴ) per litre. Fe (Ⅲ) was masked by EDTA-Zn solution. The method is highly selective and has been applied to the direct determination of vanadium in steel samples and water with the standard addition recoieries for water samples of 98.0%-102.4%, and the results for determining alloy steel samples are in agreement with certified results.
