摘要
采用正交实验法研究了超声波提取聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)中的齐聚物的工艺,考察了萃取的溶剂种类及其用量、萃取时间和次数对齐取物萃取的影响。结果表明,超声波法萃取PET中的齐取物的最佳工艺条件为:溶剂为丙酮,用量60 mL,萃取1次,时间180 min。
The ultrasonic extraction technique of oligomers from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) was studied by orthogonal test. The effects of the variety and amount of the extraction solvents and extraction time and times on the extraction of oligomers were investigated. The results showed that the ultrasonic extraction process conditions were optimized as followed: 60 mL acetone as solvent, extraction one time for 180 min.
