炎性肠病合并骨髓增生异常综合征9例临床分析并文献复习

摘要 目的探讨炎性肠病（IBD）合并骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）患者的临床发病特点。方法总结9例IBD合并MDS患者的临床特点，并进行文献复习。结果（1）患者MDS与IBD发病年龄相仿。（2）以克罗恩病多见（7例），常见结直肠累及（5例）。（3）IBD早于MDS诊断1例，晚于MDS诊断5例，与MDS同时诊断3例。（4）所有患者均有贫血，其中单纯贫血1例，贫血伴血小板减少1例，三系减少7例。（5）IBD的预后取决于MDS。结论IBD和MDS可能存在未明的共同发病机制，特别是当IBD伴发不明原因中度及以上贫血、血小板减少或三系减少时，应进行有关MDS的检查。
