摘要
提出了一种新的压力管道梭式非能动控制技术。该技术利用管道输送介质的能量来做控制源,可有效解决长输管道中无人力或外加动力出现意外的问题。以下介绍几种非能动控制系统的原理及应用,这些系统以获得多国专利的差流可调梭阀为基础,根据不同具体情况构成多种新颖的压力管道梭式非能动控制系统。其优点是造价低、流阻小、安装环境不限等。目前,该系统已用于许多实际场合。
This paper introduces a new shuttle passive control system for pressure conduits. The technology utilizes the energy from the medium that is transported within the conduits. Applied to long distance pipelines, this method can effectively alleviate problems associated with non-attended or externally powered systems. The author introduces the working principles and the capabilities of several none-motile systems. These systems are based on the adjustable differential flow shuttle valves, which are patented in several countries. Multiple new pressure conduit passive control systems can be created for different practical applications. These systems have the advantages of low cost, low flow resistance and unconstrained installation environment. Presently, these systems have been used in many installations.
