摘要 传统PID控制本质上是一种线性控制,其自适应性及鲁棒性相对较差,不能实现高性能的控制。为了解决传统矿井电机车电阻调速时效率低、动静态性能差的问题,提出了基于DSP的直流斩波调速系统模糊自整定PID参数控制方法。该方法利用DSP的数据处理能力,在线检测电机转速,通过模糊控制选择自整定PID参数,对PWM开关器件的占空比加以控制。仿真结果表明:该方法应用于矿井电机车调速系统中,模糊控制的调速系统动静态性能明显优于传统调速系统,系统抗干扰性强,满足直流电机车调速的要求。 In effect, the traditional PID control is a kind of linear control which ails to fulfill high quality control of induction motor, as a result of poor self-adaptability and robustness. In order to address the lower resistance-modulating velocity and poorer performance of dynamic and static state of traditional DC motor in mine, the paper proposes the fuzzy control method of PID parameter self-modulating applying to DC chopping velocity regulation based on DSP. This method utilizes the data-handling capacity of DSP to measure on-line DC motor rotational velocity, and to choose the self-modulating PID parameter through the fuzzy control method, by regulating duty ratio of the PWM switch component. Simulation and experiments indicate that, when used to velocity modulation of DC motor operating in mines, the method, with a higher anti-jamming characteristics and capable of meeting the requirement of DC motor velocity modulation, gives a better performance than the traditional system in terms of the fuzzy control of dynamic and static state.
