窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风34例疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗白癜风患者的疗效及其影响因素。方法应用NB-UVB治疗白癜风34例,根据皮损、照射时间来评价疗效。结果痊愈12例,显效16例,好转6例,无效0例,有效率为82.35%,平均总剂量为24.5J/cm2,达到显效时平均照射20.6次。结论NB-UVB照射治疗白癜风,疗效确切,且不良反应小。
