利用毛细管电泳和主成分分析判断海洛因地理来源 被引量:5

DETERMINATION ON HEROIN GEOGRAPHICAL SOURCE BY CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS AND PRINCIPAL COMPONENT ANALYSIS

摘要 对在中国境内缴获的海洛因样本进行地理来源判断。采用动态涂层毛细管电泳技术(CE)对300份海洛因样本进行生物碱定量检测,并利用主成分分析建立二维数学模型。实现了对中国境内缴获的海洛因样本地理来源的推断。 Capillary electrophoresis method was applied to heroin geographical source judgement. Kinetic coating capillary electrophoresis technology was used for determining alkaloids in 300 heroin samples seized from border area of China, two - dimension mathematical model was also developed on the basis of the relative ratio between alkaloids. The established method can be used for determining heroin geographical source of entering China.
