摘要
从油茶肉质果中提取多糖,采用薄层色谱法测定其多糖的单糖组成。结果表明:该多糖的单糖组成为葡萄糖、半乳糖和木糖。
The polysaccharides were extracted from fleshy fruit of Camellia Oleifera Abel, the composition of monosaccharides hydrolyzed from the polysaccharides was assayed by the technique of TLC(thin-layer chromatography) . The results showed the monosaccharide constitution of lhe polysaccharides was D- glucose,D- galactose,D- xylose.
