摘要
研究过热蒸汽相变换热转变点温度,对于过热蒸汽换热器的设计是非常必要的.过热蒸汽的相变换热转变点温度可以根据换热的具体条件,通过分析计算确定。据此可以判定过热蒸汽在换热器内具体的换热形式及过程.结合过热蒸汽不同换热过程及形式的具体特点,才能正确地进行换热器换热面的热工设计.本文给出了一种可利用计算机程序求解过热蒸汽相变换热转变点温度的新方法.
It is necessary to get the temperature of the superheated vapor's phase-changed heat transferring transitional point for the design of the superheated vapor heat exchanger. The temperature of the superheated vapor's phase-changed heat transferring transitional point should be achieved according to the different heat transferring conditions, and the concrete heat transferring process with different characteristics of the superheated vapor should be identified accordingly before the design of the superheated vapor heat exchanger. Then the thermal design of the heat exchanger surface can be carried out exactly. A computer program is given to achieve the temperature of the superheated vapor's phase-changed heat transferring transitional point.
