摘要
介绍以高岭土、烟煤为主要原料,电热法制取铝硅合金的试验结果。试验采用的主要设备为100kW直流矿热电弧炉。试验中研究了电炉电参数、炉料配比、合金成分、金属收率等。试验结果表明,采用合适的炉料配碳量,以高岭土、烟煤为原料,电热法生产高品位铝硅合金是可行的。可以生产含铝60%左右的合金,金属收率达到80%。文中还讨论电参数、配碳量、生产操作等对炉底上涨的影响及抑制炉底上涨的措施。
The experiment of preparationof Al-Si alloys by electrothermal reduction process of kaolin was carried out in a 100 kW DC arc furnace. The electric parameters of the furnace, carbon ratio in furnace burden, compositions of alloys, extraction rate of the metal and so on, were studied. It was found that preparation of Al-Si alloys by reducing kaolin is feasible. About 60 percent of aluminium alloys can be produced, and extraction rate of the metal can be up to 80 percent. In addition, the effects of electric parameters, carbon ratio in the furnace burden, methods of operation and so on,on furnace bottom rise, and countermeasures to restrain bottom rise are discussed.
