炼油催化剂分子筛焙烧炉烟道废气的回收利用 被引量:2

摘要 针对炼油催化剂分子筛焙烧炉高温烟道废气直接排放造成的严重环境污染以及能源浪费的现状,经组成分析论证,认为可以作为旋转闪蒸干燥热源进行回收利用。工业应用结果表明:将焙烧炉烟道废气回收利用后,在保证分子筛产品质量没有负面影响的前提下,焙烧系统能耗降低25%、废气中污染物排放全部达到国家排放标准,取得了理想工业应用效果。 Aimed at the severe environment pollution and energy wasting by direct discharge of high temperature flue gas from zeolite calcinator, it is analysed and proved that the flue gas can be recovered and used as heat source of rotary flash drying. It is indicated by commercial application results that the energy consumption of calcinating system can be decreased by 25% and the discharge of pollutants in the waste gas has completely reached national discharging standard, with the zeolite quality not being affected, obtaining ideal commercial application results.
