摘要
初步研究外源海藻糖与黄瓜抗旱性的关系。于黄瓜幼苗长至1叶1心时,用1/2Hoagland营养液加5mmol.L-1和10mmol·L-1海藻糖浇灌黄瓜幼苗2次,再在上述营养液中分别加入20%的聚乙二醇PEG6000浇灌黄瓜幼苗一次,5d测定与抗旱相关生理指标,以研究外源海藻糖对干旱胁迫下的黄瓜幼苗生长和生理的影响。结果表明:海藻糖处理可提高干旱胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶片的相对含水量和叶绿素的含量,降低电导率和MDA的含量,提高POD、CAT和SOD酶的活力,10mmol·L-1的处理效果要比5mmol·L-1好。海藻糖可提高黄瓜抗旱性,而且10mmol·L-1的处理效果比5mmol·L-1处理好。
The article is to study the relation of external trehalose and droughty resistance of cucumber.Seedings with 1 leaf were treated with 1/2Hoagland solution with different trehalose concentrations twice.Then 20%PEG6000 was added to the 1/2Hoagland solution with the various treholase concentrations and the cucumber Seedlings were treated with the solution once.Since the fifth day,several main physiological indices were tested to study the influence of external trehalose on cucumber seedlings growth and physiology under the droughty stress.The results showed that 5 and 10 mmol·L^-1 of trehalose weas able to promote relative water content and chlorophyll content in cucumber seedling wit,to alleviate the accumulation of MDA and cell membrane relative permeability and to enhance the activity of peroxidase(POD) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) of cucumber seedlings leaves.Further more the effect of 10 mmol·L^-1 trehalose was better than 5 mmol·L^-1 trehalose.The results showd that treholase was able to improve the ability of cucumuber resisting droughty stress,the effect of 10mmol·L^-1 trehalose is better than 5mmol·L^-1 trehalose.
