摘要
本文根据雕塑曲面的五轴加工特点,对刀具碰撞进行了分析研究,提出了较完整的防碰撞处理方法:刀具与相邻曲面的闭角碰撞检查及修正;刀具与相邻曲面的开角碰撞检查及修正。计算实例表明,上述方法稳定、可靠,在雕塑曲面五轴加工编程中。
This paper describes research on algorithm for the generation of collision free tool paths with respect to 5 axis machining of sculptured surfaces and proposes a complete approach. The approach includes (a) closed angle collision detection and tool position correction (b) open angle detection and tool position correction. The result of calculation shows that the approach is stable, reliable and useful in 5-axis machining of sculptured surfaces.
